How You Can Still Use Insurance Now

Even though we’re not in-network yet, many families still get partial reimbursement through their insurance company. We provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurer.

What You Do:

1. Pay us directly at the time of service using HSA/FSA, credit, or debit

2. Submit the superbill to your insurance provider

3. Receive reimbursement directly from your insurance (based on your out-of-network benefits)

We’re happy to walk you through the process or help you ask the right questions to your insurance company, like:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for speech or occupational therapy?

• Is a doctor’s referral or pre-authorization required?

• How much will I be reimbursed per session?

We offer flexible scheduling, including weekday evenings and weekends. Availability varies slightly by location and therapist, but we will work with you to find a time that fits your family’s routine.

We provide in-home therapy throughout Southeast Michigan and offer virtual sessions for families across the state. Therapy happens where your child feels most comfortable- at home or online.

Yes! Our team has years of experience working with children with a wide range of needs - including autism, sensory differences, speech delays, AAC users, and highly verbal kids with social or emotional challenges. We tailor therapy to meet each child where they are, no matter the starting point.

We offer services through private pay and insurance. We're currently in-network with Meridian (effective 9/15/25) and are actively working to become in-network with BCBS, Molina, and Priority Health. No referral or prescription is needed for private pay services, and we accept credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.

Speech or Occupational Therapy Evaluation:

$200–$275 | This 60-minute appointment includes a parent interview, play-based or standardized assessment, observation, and collaborative goal-setting. You’ll receive a written report within two weeks that can be shared with schools, physicians, or other providers.

Therapy Sessions:

$60–$130 per session

Session rates vary based on:

Session length (30, 45, or 60 minutes)

Location (in-home vs. virtual)

Complexity of your child’s needs

Specialized services (e.g., AAC, feeding, sensory regulation)
